Cancellation & Refund Policy:

When making a booking you acknowledge and agree that it is accepted by Howlong Caravan Park subject to this Cancellation Policy.

A deposit equal to at least one night's accommodation charge must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.

Once you arrive and your accommodation or site is paid for, no refunds are available if your stay is cut short.

Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the reservation will be refunded less a $15.00 fee.

Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the reservation will forfeit the deposit.

The Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary after the booking.

All Permanents, Annuals, Guests and visitors must follow the current COVID-19 Government Guidelines.

Additionally, the Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any site where breaches of rules and regulations are detected.

Howlong Caravan Park's priority is the safety and well being of our Guests, Permanent Residents and Annual Site Holders.

We ask everyone to follow the current Government guidelines in relation to COVID-19 and to regularly wash their hands, use hand sanitisers and to advise staff if you are feeling unwell. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms we politely ask that you not visit our Park.
