If you are arriving after office hours, please follow the instructions below to access your site
or cabin:
• Your key / site information will be located in the late check-in box near the office
• The box will be clearly labelled with your name
• Inside you will find your key, site number, and park map
• Please drive slowly through the park and be mindful of other guests
If you experience any issues on arrival or need assistance, please contact us on 0400210972. Office hours are 9am till 5pm. Please visit reception the following day to complete check-in if required.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly park! Bring your furry friends along and enjoy your stay together. Just please keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

You can easily book your stay online through our booking portal. Click the Book Now button on our Home page. Just select your dates and preferred accommodation, and follow the steps to secure your reservation. 

Our check-in time is from 2PM onwards. Check out time is 10AM. If you need any flexibilities around this time, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss and accommodate any reasonable requests. 

We understand that plans can change.

When making a booking you acknowledge and agree that it is accepted by Howlong Caravan Park subject to this Cancellation Policy.

A deposit equal to at least one night’s accommodation charge must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.

Once you arrive and your accommodation or site is paid for, no refunds are available if your stay is cut short.

Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the reservation will be refunded less a $15.00 fee.

Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the reservation will forfeit the deposit.

Usually, during weekend, public holidays including Christmas, Easter and long weekends. Our booking system will advise you any requirements while you are booking.
